Summer traditions

Hey it's July! And even if for a short time in spring and a bit 'confused mother nature for this area was, we still enjoyed, but a couple of snow storms and some random temps in the 30s. But now the warm weather is here and summer is here. Living in the Sierra Nevada Mountains, at 4,000 feet to call your attention to the weather, and we know that our four seasons very well. I say this only because I lived in San Diego, 25 years long and you never know what season oreven what month it is!

When we talk about tradition and all of them in summer is no different. Starting, well, what comes to mind first? For me, I would say, School's Out! This also means vacation time! Next maybe ... SWIMMING, ah yes, we have always been bathed in lakes, rivers and everything, especially here on the rivers Sacramento area, huge public swimming pools, backyard pools with friends, and finally, only through the sprinkler! The man was fun.

Okay, I have to think now? Well, here is a different tradition, I think, in the summer goes for most people, the food, I think, Bar-B-Que, hamburgers, hot dogs, potato salad, corn on the cob, watermelon, beer or iced tea. Sure, the ice is, but I think we long for this all year.

How about the State Fair? Yes, we went as a family and we still have to go. San Diego was the Del Mar Fair, and now here in Sacramento called "Cal Expo and both had the rides, cottonSweets> Hot Dog and a stick, farm animals, music and exhibitions, we all love.

Here is another traditional summer camp! You know, with a tent and sleeping bag around the fire on a cold night. It was usually a group event with friends and family and always have sufficient supplies for packaging at least a month. You get to hiking and swimming, cooking out treat bites and scratches, ah, these are some great memories

Thus, these traditions are more about us, and some are much cantogether. But as family and personal traditions? It may be those who mean a lot more, and be with forever. 'S funny how we are different circumstances that surround us affect our climate, environment, photos, sounds, places, people, even smells, the memories that highlight Both had good experiences and bad, that the traditions, the love and always remember to create that trigger.
